The fact that Loyalties Lie is your first long form fic is crazy because it is so incredibly well written! I discovered it a couple of days ago but I’ve already reread it thrice and told my friends about it 🙈. Do you have the remaining story/ending already planned out or are you just going with the flow for now? Do you have any idea how many chapters the story might stretch out to or when Chapter 5 might be up? Thank you for keeping the Boba tag on Ao3 alive and well! 😭🙏🏻❤️

I’d say I currently have a general plan for the plot, with a couple specific arcs (cough and smut scenes cough) that I definitely want to include. But I also like to let the story tell me where it wants to go! Sometimes I get down to writing a pre-outlined chapter, and it changes entirely. I never really know until I get into the headspace of both Boba and the reader character: How would they act in this situation? What would they say? I try to keep the answers to those questions as true to character as possible and go from there.

With that said, I have no idea how many chapters the fic will end up being HAHA. Right now I’m still feeling it out as I go!

As for chapter 5, it’s well underway and I hope to have it finished within the next couple of weeks. Currently having to take frequent breaks to cool down because it’s a SPICY one yall jajdjwdjw I’m very very excited to share 😏❤️‍🔥
